Historic Garden Tours

Take a fascinating tour of Monterey's best-kept secret. Learn about plant lore, identification, and uses. Tours begin in the Cooper-Molera Adobe courtyard and then proceed to the Stevenson House and (if time) Larkin House gardens. Tuesdays at 1pm.

Watershed Festival of Life

This unusual festival celebrates the Carmel River and the watershed it depends on. From 11am, when the event opens with a "Gathering of the Waters" ceremony led by a large steelhead salmon puppet, through 4:30pm, discover booths displaying organic foods, artwork, river protection and more, plus a talk on restoring American watersheds.
