Businessman Donald Trump, actors Andy Garcia and Samuel L. Just For Fun: Five Reasons to Be a Golf Fan

1. The PGA raises more money for charity in one year than the NFL does in two.

2.You can watch the best golfers in the world up close, at any tournament (including the majors), all day, for as little as $25-30.

3.You can bring a picnic lunch to the tournament golf course, watch the best players, and not spend a fortune on food and drink.

4. Tournaments are a peaceful escape — you can hear birds chirping on the golf course during play.

5. Tiger Woods hits a golf ball more than twice as far as Barry Bonds hits a baseball.
